These are our times available in Lansing currently. Each session is 45 minutes but you’re more than welcome to come 15 minutes early to start on your SMR!

You will be charged monthly on the same date of purchase. For example, subscribing May 7 would result in recurring payment April 7.
HOW TRAINING WORKS
Semi-Private Coaching Structure (Custom Coaching)
Our sessions are designed to give you the attention of personal training with the energy and affordability of a group setting.
Small group format (typically 1–4 people)
Individualized guidance within each session
Focus on proper movement, not just “getting a workout”
Track progress with app and new programs every 4 weeks
Getting Started
Before starting semi-private sessions, every member begins with:
2 One-on-One Sessions
Learn foundational exercises and techniques
Get a feel for how a session will be
Understand the app platform you will be using
Build confidence before entering the group setting
Session Flow (What Each Workout Looks Like)
Each session follows a structured system to get the best results:
1. Fascia Releases (5–10 min)
Loosen tight, dehydrated areas using tools (lacrosse balls, rollers)
2. Correctives (3–5 min)
Teach proper muscle engagement and positioning
3. Integrative Strength (30–35 min)
Full-body exercises combining multiple muscle groups and movement patterns
4. Group Finisher (5–10 min)
Fun, challenging, and slightly competitive conditioning to finish strong
Schedule & Availability
Oftentimes members show up 5-15 mins before the start time to complete the releases ahead of time slot.
