Initial Assessment

  • A free assessment (30-45 mins) where we begin to understand your compensations, learn why you’re in pain, and see if we can help!

    We start with assessing your Posture & Gait Cycle (two of the most basic human functions), as well as asking you questions specific to your issues.

  • Your POSTURE

    • allows us to see how your joints are aligned

    • exposes your internal processes (think how someone stressed has shoulders pinched up towards their ears)

    Your GAIT CYCLE

    • reveals how your body compensates when moving

    • helps us understand which muscle groups are engaging, and which ones are not

  • An assessment will help you (and us) understand your body no matter your goals.

    For example, if your goal is to get a big juicy booty (lol), but you have zero pain, the assessment would still help because it may reveal that your glutes don’t engage… so you only work your hamstrings or piriformis muscles when performing β€œglute” exercises.

    If you didn’t know this about yourself you might just wonder β€œwhy does it feel like I’m doing everything right but nothing changes?'β€œ

Work with a Trainer

  • Work 1-on-1 with a trainer in person or virtually.

    Receive immediate feedback from your trainer while performing the exercises. If you are interested, you can run through workouts that can be performed outside of the sessions as well.

    Meet multiple times per week or once every 4-6 weeks (dependent on evaluation & your preferences).

  • Join a group of Baxter Blue Too Members to help motivate you and keep you on track.

    Work on your specific exercises for the beginning of the time slot and finish with a group style exercises.

    45 min time slots - mutliple time slots available each day.

    Group Sessions:

    • 190/month for 1x/week (approx. $45/session)

    • 290/month for 2x/week (approx. $35/session)

    • 390/month for 3x/week (approx. $30/session)

Functional Fascia Program

  • For the first 2 weeks you will learn to eliminate chronic tightness by hydrating your tissues. This allows you to improve your functional mobility.

  • Weeks 3-4 will focus on correcting your posture, to better align your joints, & improve your aesthetics.

  • In the last two week you will use your whole body together to increase your strength & improve your functionality.
