10 years ago my mom and I were in chronic pain. We tried physical therapy, massages, chiropractic care, plenty of different doctors, and every other method in the book. Found some temporary relief on occasion, but nothing helped us find LASTING relief. This forced us to take matters into our own hands. I started testing all sorts of ideas on myself, and my mom (when she was willing!). At first, I was all over the place, but we were desperate and dredged on. Eventually, we came across knowledge of the fascia. Once we understood how our fascia exposed our ROOT problem, we targeted it and found all of the relief we were looking for!
